Vineyards
Chicken Ranch is located on the northern border of the Rutherford appellation, not far from the Napa River. It is a relatively flat parcel set 175 feet above sea level with excellent views of the Mayacamas Mountains to the west and the Vaca Range to the east. We employ Biodynamic sustainable farming methods accompanied by low yields and aggressive canopy management to produce wines that are dark, dense and packed with the signature flavor of "Rutherford Dust."

The Main Street Vineyard is located just east of Highway 29 at the southern end of St. Helena. It is a level site with nutrient-poor soils, good sun exposure and excellent air circulation. In addition to the ideal terroir, we use sustainable farming methods accompanied by low yields to preserve the essential personality of the site.

Mary’s Vineyard is located north of St. Helena and south of Calistoga just to the east of Highway 29. It is a level site with moderately fertile soils, good sun exposure and excellent air circulation. In addition to the ideal terroir, we use sustainable farming methods accompanied by low yields to preserve the essential personality of the site. This was the first vineyard purchased by the Trinchero family.

Vista Montone is set to the east of Carneros in the American Canyon region overlooking the San Francisco Bay. The vineyard features rolling hills with a variety of exposures rising from 100-300 feet above sea level. Although the region is not entitled to the Carneros designation, it shares many geological and climatic characteristics with this renowned, cool-climate appellation.

The Lewelling Vineyard is located west of Highway 29 at the base of the Mayacamas Mountains in St. Helena. It is a gently sloping, benchland site that over the years has earned a reputation as one of the top vineyards in Napa Valley.
